Gig Wrap 2017

I thought it'd be interesting to make a list of the musical journey of 2017 and put some numbers to it. Things can get blurry and it's easily forgotten what exactly happened. This is a good way to take a look back and remember what actually id happen!
The past year was full of the "usual"-classical, church, rock, metal, jazz trio, military ceremonies/concerts, and included recording percussion for 2 albums, a drum clinic, and sang harmonies on a vocal arrangement for a huge benefit concert.

Here's the breakdown-

7 various ceremonies
1 Inaugural
1 parade
1 recording
1 chamber concert (performing Ivan Trevino's marimba duet, 2+1)
18 public concerts

I also recorded percussion tracks for two bands-Iris Divine and Master Sword. Watch the next blog for more on that!
Here's to another busy year!
The Parting Glass is a traditional Irish tune. Darren Durkee and I recorded over 8 vocal parts a cappella and was featured along with this moving montage above. *shivers*
